DTV: What if my TV is "digital-ready?"

You were already prepared for the DTV switch on June 12!

If you purchased a TV within the last year or so, chances are that it is already "digital ready," meaning that you can already receive your local stations' digital signals as well as the analog broadcasts which most people are still watching.

You can consult your TV's user manual or look up the model number online to determine whether your TV is digital-ready.

You should make sure that your TV is receiving local stations in digital. If it is not, you may need to move or replace your antenna.
