Community radio stations from Alaska to Oregon came together in Sept. 06 to form a regional network for locally-rooted great radio, at the Northwest Community Radio Summit. Reclaim the Media is helping to catalyze this project.
Upcoming activities include planned regional convenings over the next year in Vancouver, Eugene, Spokane, and Anchorage. Community station representatives will also be holding organizing meetings to move forward towards a functioning network.

christian/roman law?
Your site does not identify the Christian pastor, but his claim that Justinian's reforms of Roman law are based on Christian ethics ring false to me. Nowhere in his _Institutes_, his codification of Roman Law, is Christ mentioned. It is true that Justinian gave legal force to the canon law created by the first four ecumenical councils, but these mostly had to do with outlawing heretical sects (though your pastor seems to think religious intolerance the particular trait of Islam, which harbored both Christian and Jewish populations within the Caliphate and the Ottoman Empire for 1200 years.
